Find answers for importing music, Apple Music playback, timing, ads, purchases, and progression sync.
Music and charts
Import a local track
- Choose Import File on the home screen.
- Select a supported audio file from the system picker.
- Open the song, choose Easy, Normal, or Hard, and start the chart.
The app copies the selected file into its private container. Removing the song from Play Your Music removes that imported copy and its cached artwork.
Use Apple Music
Choose Connect under Apple Music and allow media-library access. Eligible playback depends on the song being available to the current Apple Music account, subscription, region, and playback rights. If an item becomes unavailable, select it again from Music.
Timing and gameplay
Open Options to adjust Game Timing or the separate Apple Music offset. A positive value moves the chart later; a negative value moves it earlier. Reset Timing restores both values to zero.
Scores, combos, medals, and judgment totals are saved separately for Easy, Normal, and Hard.
First-time song mastery and Achievements award Encore Gems. The cosmetic economy ledger syncs through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available.
Ads and privacy choices
Banner ads can appear outside and during gameplay, but interstitial ads are only requested between songs after returning to the library. Where required by your region or consent state, Options includes Privacy Choices for reviewing Google advertising consent.
Declining Apple's tracking permission does not prevent gameplay. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Purchases and restoration
Open Style Shop and select Premium. Animated themes cost 400 Encore Gems each. Gems are earned through Achievements and first-time song mastery, or can be purchased in optional consumable packs through Apple.
Use Restore Purchases in Options to restore Remove Ads and recognized legacy direct-theme entitlements. Consumable Gem delivery is protected by verified StoreKit transaction IDs and the private iCloud economy ledger.
Export or delete progression
Options can export progression as JSON or delete local and private-iCloud progression. Permanent StoreKit entitlements are kept. Delete an imported song from the song library to remove its app-managed audio copy, cached artwork, generated charts, and saved records.
Contact support
Include your iPhone model, iOS version, song source, selected difficulty, and a short description of what happened. Do not attach copyrighted audio unless support specifically requests a diagnostic sample you are permitted to share.
